The industrial park is located in a northern emirate of the UAE, leveraging strong geographical and policy advantages to build one of the leading industrial clusters in the Middle East.
The park is anchored in the wood and wood-products industry, while also extending into chemicals, textiles, building materials, food & beverage, horticulture and other sectors to form a complete value chain.

Phase I investment: approx. USD 360 million, mainly for infrastructure, factory construction, and equipment.
Development plan: 2.43 million m² already developed; future expansion to 7–10 million m² in the next five years.
Tenant base: 60+ enterprises currently in operation, with a target of attracting 100+ companies and creating several thousand jobs.
